produce a certain number of items with cast photos. A very limited number of some of those items are still left.
If you would like one of these hard to find items please order early, numbers are limited. Please note: these
items will have TLW Con 2003 imprinted on them.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Photos of the items available to you are shown below. Look them over carefully and decide
what you would like to purchase.

2) Fill out the order form on the next page, watch carefully and add appropriate postage and handling
fees (Paypal if applicable).

3) Send the form. Make a copy of your order form to be sent along with payment.

4) If Paypal will be involved with transaction be sure to click the icon on the Order Form page.

5) Make a copy of the form for your own records.
